Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Estimate: Most orders arrive in 3–4 business days after processing. (Please note: delays with USPS or other carriers are outside of our control.)
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, item, and destination. Free shipping may apply on qualifying promotions.
Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is missing, photo proof is required so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
