Refund policy

At Dills Fun Gadgets, your happiness matters! If you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s how we handle returns:

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Mystery scoop products, clearance items, and personalized items are final sale.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, photo proof is required before we cover the return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued back to your original payment method.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you’d like a different item.
